WHAT IS "BOUTIQUE IN A BOX"? Boutique in a Box was created as a way for hospitals to maximize the money earned through their fundraising efforts. With traditional fundraising events, the vendor provides transportation of product and staff for the event. These costs lower the fundraising percentage a hospital could receive. The fundraising dollars are maximized when the hospital uses their volunteers and/or staff to manage the event with the hospital receiving extra fundraising commission. WHO IS ELIGIBLE? Boutique in a Box is available to hospitals who are in a territory not currently covered by a Boutique to U Regional Manager. WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? ***40% Fundraising Percentage with a 45% Percentage on your first event!!***** There is NO COST to your facility. Boutique to You pays the shipping to and from the hospital and will provide all of the merchandise necessary to run the sale. Hold the event for multiple days, compared to a normal one or two day vendor run event. Stagger event times to target different shifts, thereby increasing your sales. Promotional materials include color fliers, an email template for the event and a 7.5 foot free standing banner. Purchase wholesale after the event to continue the success into your gift shop, with no added shipping costs for the product. Our product sells itself. It is a fun event to run - women love their handbags! HOW DO I GET THE PRODUCT? At no cost, all handbags and accessories will be shipped directly to the hospital. You will have plenty of merchandise to create excitement for a successful sale! Included in the package we send you will be an event guide, with suggestions on how to run the event, merchandise packing slip, item list for sales, customer service cards for after sales support and end of event form to complete the fundraising invoice. At the end of the event, simply package the remaining merchandise into the same boxes, attach the UPS label and UPS will pick up the merchandise with your next scheduled delivery!
